Art.50. The following business are only permitted to operate in the commercial lots: Restaurants. Residential rental apartments. Supermarkets. Clothing boutiques. Beauty shops and spas. Coffe shop and Internet. Comercial office space. Law and accounting offices. Real estate, Management offices. Bank or money exchange. Any other type of business, other than those stated above, require pre-approval by the Condominium owners, present in person or by proxy, at a Meeting which owners own at least 75% of the total lots in the Condominium Regimen. Art. 51. Commercial buildings need to be guided by all the Image Regulations, including in particular: a). They are subject to same five (5) meters height restriction. b).
